Evaluator Membership Renewal

PHAA member evaluators pay an annual $15 fee to remain members. Membership end in August of the year that appears in parenthesis next to your name below. If you were a PHAA member in the past but don't appear on the listing below, you will have to snail-mail in the Evaluator Application Form (click on forms at the top of this page) with your check or money order. As a PHAA member, you can put together transcripts for your evaluees and take advantage of other PHAA services for evaluators including a listing on our evaluators page (which can include your bio and photo) and access to an evaluator's forum where evaluators communicate with each other.
