Use this page to request that a Pennsylvania Homeschoolers Accreditation Agency (PHAA) transcript be emailed to a college, to a scholarship program, to an employer, or to anyone else.
If the transcript is for a current PHAA student (not the final transcript of someone who has graduated), your evaluator can do this task for you so that you don't have to pay this fee! She or he can download your complete transcript as a pdf (including the cover letter and evaluation letters) using the PHAA transcript program and then email it to you or to a college or anyone else. (Have your evaluator call us, 724-783-6512, if he or she has trouble doing this.)

- Student Name: The student or graduate's name
- Student Number: The PHAA student number or diploma number for this student
- Email Address: The email address to which you want the transcript emailed.
