Online Filing Form

If you are the supervisor of a Pennsylvania Home Education Program, you can post here to join PHAA and open a file for your student. Until your student graduates, you would be a PHAA member with voting privileges and your student would receive a free subscription to our quarterly high school student newsletter, The Excelsior, until graduation. Note: If you don't want to pay online here to join PHAA, you can, instead, send in a check or money order accompanied by PHAA's mail-in Filing Form.

This is a one-time fee of $50. After your student completes all of the requirements for graduation at the end of the senior year, you would still need to snail mail us the Diploma Request Form with its $60 fee in order to receive the diploma.

After you submit this form, you will receive an email and a snail mail from PHAA giving you this student's PHAA Student Number. After you provide that number to your PHAA member evaluator, your evaluator would be able to fill out this student's transcript.

At your request, PHAA would send out an embossed copy of the transcript with evaluation letters attached to a prospective college or employer. Following graduation, the transcript would continue to be available to be sent out at your request or the graduate's request. We still send out transcripts for those who graduated in the 1990s!

Don't procrastinate! If you want to join PHAA in July (after your student's graduation), the fee is doubled so you should set the quantity you are ordering to "2". In August (after your student's graduation) it is simply too late.
